Located at the Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis, along with Samaritan Mental Health - Circle Blvd. and Benton County Dental Services’ Johnson Dental Clinic, we strive to providethe highest level of care to all members of your family including babies, children, adults and seniors.

We encourage and offer preventive care including well-child visits, well-woman or annual exam visits, male physicals, counseling regarding your health and lifestyle concerns, and family planning services.

Getting there: Our clinic is located on the west side of the Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis. You will turn into the driveway for the club’s main entrance, on the east side of the facility, and follow the Samaritan signs around the facility to our clinic’s separate entrance on the west side of the facility.
