Coronavirus Information

Your health and safety are our highest priorities. Face coverings are required in all facilities.


If you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, it is very important to call before coming in.
Patients may also do an E-Visit on Coronavirus Concerns. Call your care provider to find out the best care options for you, which may include telehealth or in-person care.

Service Update

  • Temporary office hours for the Albany location are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., closed noon to 1 p.m. for lunch.
  • Worker compensation injuries will be followed up via phone only.
  • New worker compensation injuries will be triaged for necessity of an in-person visit to the clinic.
  • DOT physicals will be triaged for necessity/priority before scheduling.Drug screens - no random non-DOT drug screens.
  • Pre-employment screens for mission-critical businesses only.No breath alcohol testing for DOT or non-DOT.
  • We CAN help with respirator medical clearance and fit testing at this time.
  • We will not be performing any spirometry testing until further notice.
  • No annual employment physicals. Pre-employment physicals done for mission-critical businesses only.
