Located in The Barbara & Larry Mullins Center in Lebanon, Oregon, Samaritan Treatment & Recovery Services (STARS), believes there is hope for recovery and a better life, and that people get better in a healing environment fostered by dignity, compassion and respect.

Using a patient-centered approach to care, our clinic serves patients in need of a high level of care, as well as those in need of less intensive intervention.

Outpatient Treatment Services

 We offer evidence-based, outpatient treatment services in support of co-occurring disorders such as mental health issues and substance abuse for adults over age 18.

  • Morning Groups: Designed for women, including those who are pregnant, parenting, or experiencing a life transition
  • Evening Intensive Outpatient: Created for those who work during the day
  • Substance Abuse Assessments
  • DUII Education and Intervention Groups
  • Medication-Assisted Recovery
  • Support and Referral for Mental Health Needs
  • Skill-Based Groups: Design for ongoing support and education

We believe that people who are struggling with substance use disorder deserve to heal in a safe, warm, welcoming environment. We provide evidence-based practices and believe substance use disorder can be treated successfully.
