A Non-Profit Provider of Health Care

Thanks to a bond measure passed by voters in the Pacific Communities Health District, the new Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital facility will allow us to continue providing high quality, patient-centered care at home for many years to come. Because Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital is a non-profit health care provider, we treat everyone regardless of ability to pay. That’s why our partnerships with the Pacific Communities Health District and our donors are critical to our mission.

Invest in Your Community’s Health

Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital is providing $10 million in vital medical equipment and furnishings for the new facility. The Pacific Communities Health District Foundation is raising $1 million for art and equipment, especially for hospital departments serving vulnerable populations. Your financial gift helps purchase art to enhance the healing environment and get crucial equipment, such as:

  • Exercise units with monitors that help patients regain strength and stamina after a heart attack
  • Lifts to help move patients with limited mobility more comfortably
  • Infant warmers to help stabilize body temperature
