Join Your Fellow Samaritans in Supporting the Samaritan Employee Caring Campaign

Thank you to the Samaritan employees who gave to our hospital foundations and local United Way agencies last year. To see how gifts are being used, check out the 2018 Annual Report.

If you have any questions about your Samaritan Foundations contribution, please contact your local foundation office at 1-844-768-4256.

For information about how your investment changes lives through United Way, check out the Impact Brochure.

How to Give

Because 100 percent of your gift goes directly to the fund that you designate, you can be confident that your tax-deductible gift is being used to make the greatest difference possible.

Donating by credit card?
Click the “Donate via Credit Card” button below, then click on the local hospital foundation you would like to make a donation to. On the hospital foundation page, please scroll to the bottom of the page to fill out the donation form and input your credit card information. You will also be able to choose which fund you would like to support at this time.

Thinking about donating paid time off?
The cash value of your paid time off will be added to and then subtracted from your gross pay in the first pay period of 2019. Payroll taxes for paid time off will be deducted from your paycheck at the same time, which means the amount of the taxes is the only amount deducted from your paycheck.

Examples of Your Gifts at Work

$1 per pay period ($26 total) can cover one night of lodging at the Mario Pastega House
$5 per pay period ($130 total) can cover the cost of hosting a support group for local patients
$10 per pay period ($260 total) can cover prescription medication, food or transportation assistance for a patient in need
$20 per pay period ($520 total) can provide an Employee Emergency Fund grant for a co-worker in a financial crisis
$40 per pay period ($1,040 total) may fund a new piece of medical equipment for a hospital department or clinic, and qualifies for Samaritan Society membership (our recognition club for donors of $1,000 or more)
