Who:  Albany InReach Services assists low-income patients who are either underinsured or uninsured living in Albany, Millersburg and Tangent.

What:  It is a volunteer‑based team committed to providing access to free medical and dental services and prescriptions as well as connecting people with medical challenges to community and health education resources.

Where:

  • The medical clinic is located at the Linn County Willamette Health Center.
  • The dental clinic is a partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of Albany.

When:  Since 1993, the volunteer‑based clinic has connected the underserved population to medical services. Services were expanded in 2011 to include dental care. Medical clinics occur once per week and dental clinics occur once a month.

Why:  To provide coordinated and proactive health care services to improve the health of our underserved population.

Campaign Goal:  $350,000.

Lead Foundation:  Albany General Hospital Foundation.
