Our Treatment Services
Samaritan Cancer Programs offers a wide range of treatment for all types of cancers. Each treatment plan is customized for our patient’s individual needs, but may include some combination of radiation therapy, chemotherapy or surgery. In most cases, a medical oncologist will coordinate the treatment plan.
Patients also have access to dietitians and social workers who specialize in the needs of patients undergoing cancer treatment. From diagnosis to treatment to survivorship, our goal is to guide patients through the process of cancer.

Nurse Navigation
Depending on the type of cancer you have, you may be assigned a nurse navigator.
From teaching you how to manage treatment side effects to helping coordinate services, your nurse navigator will remain personally involved in your care through every phase. Your navigator can arrange consults with other physicians and will work closely with social workers to help you. Cancer treatment is uncharted territory for most families and if you or your loved one is diagnosed with cancer, the decisions, tests and medical terms can be overwhelming.
Our nurse navigators are specially trained in cancer care to support you through diagnosis, treatment and post-treatment. Nurse navigators in the Samaritan Cancer Program are deeply committed to helping you through your cancer journey and reducing stress. For more information or to contact our nurse navigators, please call 541-768-4950.
