Insurance & Billing
Before your visit, be sure to check with your insurance provider to find out which imaging procedures your plan covers. Depending on your provider and the procedure, you may need to allow time for payment pre-authorization.
Please bring a current insurance card to every appointment and be prepared to submit any copayment during your visit. If you have billing or insurance questions, need to make payment arrangements or for information on financial assistance, call 800-640-5339.
