Our Services

Samaritan Occupational Medicine helps you focus on increasing employee productivity, decreasing absenteeism and promoting financial savings for businesses through a reduction in health care and workers’ compensation costs. Our services include:

Treatment of injured workers: Follow-up visits scheduled as needed.

Physical examinations: Pre-placement physicals, Department of Transportation (DOT) exams, job-specific physical capacity testing, and hearing, vision, pulmonary function and respiratory protection screening.

Immunization and testing: Immunizations, tuberculosis testing and blood draws to test immunity.

Drug and alcohol testing: We are compliant with federal and DOT testing requirements, and all of our physicians are certified Medical Review Officers. With FormFox Order, employers can order screenings, create deadlines and track progress online. 

Drug Free Transportation Consortium membership: Ensures compliance with DOT regulations. Random pool group testing or site-based screenings are also available. Manage your employee list online, add or edit driver profiles, receive notifications of random selections and get results quickly.
