Service Updates

  • Currently, we are performing saliva alcohol testing for all non-DOT. We are screening for alcohol with saliva and if confirmation testing is needed, we are confirming with breath alcohol for DOT only.
  • We CAN help with respirator medical clearance and fit testing at this time. We will not be performing any spirometry testing until further notice.

Treatment of injured workers: Follow-up visits scheduled as needed.

Physical examinations: Pre-placement physicals, Department of Transportation (DOT) exams, job-specific physical capacity testing, and hearing, vision, pulmonary function and respiratory protection screening.

Immunization and testing: Immunizations, tuberculosis testing and blood draws to test immunity.

Drug and alcohol testing: We are compliant with federal and DOT testing requirements, and all of our physicians are certified Medical Review Officers. With FormFox Order, employers can order screenings, create deadlines and track progress online.
