Schedule a Tour

Each hospital handles tours differently.

If you are having your baby at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, please email Mary Jackson at mjackson@samhealth.org to inquire about a virtual tour, and do not fill out this form. If you are having a baby at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital, please call 541-451-7136 and do not complete this form.

If you are having a baby at Samaritan Albany General Hospital, Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital or Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital and haven’t already had a tour of the maternity area, please submit your tour request with this form and your maternity care coordinator will contact you.

Ease your mind by finding out where to go and what to expect so that when the time comes you have a few less things to think about and the focus can be on you and your baby.
