Woman massaging the back of her neck.

In our modern lives, we use our fingers and the palms of our hands for so much of what we do – computer work, smart phone use, driving, cooking, etc. This constant use of our hands can lead to tightness in our wrists, elbows, shoulders … and ultimately becomes a pain in the neck.

Our tendency to sit or stand on our feet for long hours often leads to poor posture and tightness in calves and ankles that can also contribute to neck pain.

Join Licensed Acupuncturist Seishiro Hokazono at a free seminar to better understand the causes of neck pain and learn acupressure techniques to counteract tension and alleviate pain.

Come ready to learn and try out self-acupressure techniques and plan on wearing comfortable clothing.

Healthy refreshments will be provided. Pre-registration is required as space is limited.

Thank you for your interest in our Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies seminars.
