Botox: $10 per unit (regularly $13 per unit).

A $50 deposit will ensure your space at this event and be applied toward your Botox treatment. Appointments will be scheduled as a one-on-one appointment with Dr. Kevin Day, Dr. Richard Havard or Karin Olszewski, RN.
