Need an excuse to exercise and move your body while receiving treatment? Cancer patients are invited to join the cancer care team walking group in Albany or Lebanon this summer!

Everyone is welcome to walk as far or long as you are comfortable.

Make sure to wear good walking shoes, bring bottle of water and lather up with sunscreen! We will also be practicing mindfulness during the walk.
