Working as a co-parenting team to raise happy and healthy children takes practice! A core value is putting your children’s needs first, but this can also be challenging.
What unique problems do father’s face? Married, separated, divorced or as a sole parent, how can fathers best support the emotional needs of their children, the child’s mother or other co-parenting partner?
We will explore and discuss practical co-parenting tips and strategies for fathers, while also practicing self-care.
This class is intended for families in Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties.
