Come experience an explosion of tastes, aromas and flavors designed by Salishan chefs, coupled with celebrated wines poured by select Oregon wineries at the always elegant Corks & Cuisine annual fundraiser.

The semi-seated dinner features herb-crusted prime rib, potlatch salmon, Manila clams and bay scallops in fennel, green garlic and white wine, and crème fraiche panna cotta.

Along with the live auction and themed basket silent auction, guests are invited to try their luck at two different raffles:

  • The winner of the Instant Wine Cellar raffle will receive 120 bottles of wines to suit most any taste. You may purchase tickets on the registration form below. You need not be present to win.
  • With the Chocolate & Diamonds raffle presented by Diamonds by the Sea, only 100 boxes of chocolate will be sold during the evening, with one lucky box containing the dazzling diamond!

Proceeds from this year’s Corks & Cuisine are dedicated to the purchase of leading-edge monitoring equipment to help eliminate patient falls at Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital.
