Dream On sleep education group hosts “Exploring Yoga Nidra & the Didjeridu for Sleep & Wellness” with Beth Williams, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Tyler Spencer, Didjeridu artisan and performer.

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique for stress reduction and sleep promotion. Playing the Didjeridu tones airway muscles which has been shown to reduce symptoms of sleep apnea. Performance by Tyler Spencer to follow presentations.
