Join Chris Madrigal from SamFit to learn how to buy and prepare healthy foods and meals on a budget. Chris will review the micronutrient food groups of protein, carbohydrates and fats and how to find the right balance in our grocery list.

He will also review the layout of conventional grocery stores and what areas shoppers should frequent and what areas are “danger zones.”
