Have you ever felt empowered? Remember the rush, heartbeat, confidence, and sense of self-esteem which came with it? We will explore powerful methods to teach children basic skills to empower self-regulation. Participants will also practice instruction and guidance strategies to help children develop greater self-discipline.
This is a remote learning class designed to support families with children ages 5-12 in Linn, Benton and Lincoln County. A device with internet access, a camera and microphone are required to participate.
This event is free for families with children ages 5-12 years old, and $20 for providers to receive ORO set 2 hours.
