Learn how to decrease cravings, create a new self-image and develop an action plan that will lead to your quit day. You will also learn coping strategies to manage stress and avoid weight gain, possible medications to use and how to stay smoke free for good!

Sessions 1 thru 3 will use group support to create a personal quit plan, sessions 4 thru 5 will be the Group Quit date, and sessions 6 thru 8 will be how to stay tobacco free.

This class meets for 7 weeks, 8 total sessions, for one a half hours each week.

Topics include:

  • Design a personal quit plan.
  • Action planning.
  • Coping skills.
  • How to decrease cravings.
  • Behavior modification skills.
  • Weight and stress management.
  • Appropriate use of medications.
  • How to stay smoke-free for good.

All virtual workshops will meet online as a small group workshop, on either Teams or Zoom. You will need access to a webcam video, speakers, and a microphone so we can see and hear you.
