Join registered dietitians McKenna Parker and Jennifer Chilinski as they take you through the basics of implementing a healthy eating plan. The DASH diet is a dietary pattern designed specifically to target prevention of high blood pressure. It is rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains and low-fat dairy products and limits the intake of foods that are high in sodium, saturated fat and added sugars.
