Honor Loved Ones & Patients Cared for by Samaritan Evergreen Hospice

Samaritan Evergreen Hospice cares for more than 1,200 patients and their families in Benton, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Polk and Tillamook counties.

Light up a Life is a free event presented by Samaritan Evergreen Hospice and Samaritan Foundations. Check back for details about our 2023 events. To view the 2022 virtual event, visit samhealth.org/LUAL2022 to participate in the virtual remembrance of loved ones.

Although Light up a Life focuses on Samaritan Evergreen Hospice patients who have passed away during the previous year, it is also open to community members who wish to donate in someone’s memory. Your gifts to any of the Samaritan Foundations’ Hospice Funds help provide care and comfort to patients and their families, including mental health and massage therapy, nutritional beverages and caregiver respite.
