Woman taking a relaxing breath

It’s easy to overlook yourself when you are caregiver looking after the needs of loved ones with chronic illness or at end of life or for dependent family members who need with daily assistance. Samaritan Evergreen Hospice offers a safe, confidential and empowering training in Mind-Body Medicine Skills in a small group setting.

In this eight-week self-care training you will have the opportunity to learn and practice tools to help reduce anxiety and depression, improve sleep, enhance health and well-being, and restore hope. Using the Microsoft TEAMS video platform, participants will connect with other caregivers to increase resilience and connect in a meaningful way. These group sessions are informative, supportive and fun!

The group is free to attend, however registration is required and class size is limited. Once you have registered you will be provided with instructions on how to access the sessions. J. Anna Looney, CMBM facilitator and founder of Insight Journeys, LLC, will lead the training. Anna Looney can be reached at or 609-468-2270 for more information and to register.
