"Mindful eating” is the concept of being more thoughtful and aware of your food.  It’s about learning to listen to your body rather than following external cues and “dieting rules,” and learning to engage all of your senses when eating.  The result of mindful eating is a feeling of peace with what your eat. Weight loss is often a natural outcome as you are guided toward healthier behaviors and nutritious choices.
