Mindfulness and meditation are becoming increasingly popular and are being used to help people with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, addiction, insomnia and general life satisfaction.

Mindfulness and Mediation is a series of six weekly classes on Thursdays starting July 20 through Aug. 24.
