Pain Solutions: First Steps is a free, six-week workshop created for people who have persistent pain. It is led by a behavioral psychologist and a physical therapist. Learn that your pain can change and gain tools to reduce the impact of pain in your daily life. Topics include mindfulness, sleep, gentle movements, diet and building resilience. The series will help you expand your knowledge on pain science, learn ways to reduce pain, practice stretching, yoga and tai chi, and practice your skills in a safe environment. This workshop is for adults, ages 18 and older.

This is an online series for a virtual class that you will need access to a webcam, speakers, and a microphone for the full, class experience.
