Anyone interested in a plant-based diet, or looking for more support with their plant-based diet, is invited to learn more at the new Plant Based Kitchen class series at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital.

Angie Frederic and Holly Weare, registered dietitians with the hospital’s Diabetes Education team, will host the series of free classes that can help you with the plant-based diet. Frederic and Weare will have lessons about whole-food/plant-based eating, how to cook and get new recipes.

The Nov. 1 class will focus on preparing plant-based holiday meals. Samples of tasty foods will be provided.

While the classes are free, a $5 donation per class is appreciated to help cover the cost of the food samples.
