Anyone interested in a plant-based diet, or looking for more support with their plant-based diet, is invited to learn more at the new Plant Based Kitchen class series at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital.

Angie Frederic and Holly Weare, registered dietitians with the hospital’s Diabetes Education team, will host the series of free classes that can help you with the plant-based diet. Frederic and Weare will have lessons about whole-food/plant-based eating, how to cook and get new recipes.

The Sept. 19 class will explore focus on plant-based burgers and wraps. 

Registration is required as space is limited. Cost is $5 per class, and payment is required prior to check-in at the class.
