Caring for and supporting others during end-of-life care calls on deep reserves of your mind, body and spirit. Samaritan Evergreen Hospice invites you to participate in an eight-week training facilitated by Anna Looney, PhD, to learn practices that encourage resilience and self-care.

The safe, empowering course is offered Wednesday evenings, 5 to 7 p.m., April 24 through June 12 at Samaritan Evergreen Hospice House located at 4600 Evergreen St SE, in Albany. Each session focuses on a self-care technique proven to reduce stress and increase self-love and resilience.

Registration is required, and space is limited. To register, email Certified Mind Body Medicine Facilitator Anna Looney, PhD, at annalooney22@gmail.com.
