The Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance (SHIBA) program is a statewide network of trained volunteers who educate and advocate for people of all ages who have Medicare. SHIBA volunteers currently provide one to one appointments via telecounsel in Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties which is sponsored by the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of the Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments (OCWCOG).
