Join us for an open house of the new Sweet Home Medical Center. This new health center is affiliated with Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital and is made possible through contributions to the Lebanon Community Hospital Foundation.
Remarks from Samaritan Health Services’ leadership will begin shortly after 12:30 p.m., with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, facility tours and refreshments to follow. Everyone is invited to attend!
The completion of this facility exemplifies the commitment of so many to building a healthier community together. The 17,500-square-foot building focuses on improving access to health care with clinics offering family medicine, walk-in care and medication management as well as a pharmacy with a drive-up window and a helipad.
