Sleep problems don’t always start in the bedroom, but at the dining table. There is growing evidence to support that a plant-based diet can make a positive difference in our sleep. At this free seminar, you will learn how whole-food, plant-based nutrition can help you sleep better.

Facilitators Michael Stout, clinical sleep educator, Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital, and Christine Hennessey, LMT, will discuss how our diet impacts our sleep, and offer practical tips on how to make simple changes that can make a difference.

Registration is not required. If you have questions, call for information: 541-574-4886, ext. 2101.
