Holidays can be fun and full of lovely family times. But between the noise of preparation and expectations that often surround the holidays, it can become overwhelming for parents. If you are feeling crazed, you can bet that your children are feeling the stress too. In this workshop, we will talk about how to turn down the noise of stressful holiday bustle to create a memorable and peaceful time of year.
The presenter, Sheila Wray, M.Ed, has over 30 years of experience in early childhood education and parent advocacy, including working with Head Start families. Sheila provides parenting education and supports using Strengthening Families Programs, Nurturing Parenting and Triple P Primary Care.
This class is offered in-person and online. To attend the presentation virtually, you will need access to an internet device with a camera and microphone. A Zoom Link and password information will be provided at time of registration.
