Most exercise today is big, strenuous and intense. Yet, small, finely articulated movements are often more effective at relieving pain, “soaking” dehydrated tissues and building greater somatic intelligence. In this seminar, you’ll learn how simple motions can build neural connections and change how you feel in your body as well as how you engage with others out in the world.

Please bring a yoga mat or large beach towel. Only human experience necessary.

Facilitator Holly Romero, CPT, E-RYT, is a personal trainer and yoga therapist, who works with individuals and groups to help them overcome obstacles and set life goals.
