The following navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move through main tier links and expand / close menus in sub tiers. Up and Down arrows will open main tier menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
Kyle has more than 17 years of experience in sports performance at various levels.
Prior to joining The SAM, Kyle worked as a strength coach in Columbus, Ohio, and volunteered in the same capacity at Ohio State University. Additionally, Kyle has experience as a college-level strength coach and holds two degrees in exercise science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Precision Nutrition Level I Coach, a Functional Movement Systems Level I Practitioner and a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach.
