When not at work, she enjoys gardening, quilting and reading. In her free time, she volunteers at the Albany InReach Services clinic for the underserved and the Oregon Medical Association. Dr. Bentson was awarded the Oregon Medical Association Presidential Citation for her leadership and volunteer work with the association.
