Dr. Daniels is a retired captain of the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, a team of health professionals who provide public health throughout the nation. He has been in practice since 1983, serving in a variety of roles in both the hospital and clinical settings. He served as the medical director of the Franklin C. Fetter Community Health Center in South Carolina, the clinical director of the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta Region Indian Health Service Hospital in Arkansas, and the clinical director of the Keams Canyon Indian Health Service Hospital in Arizona. Dr. Daniels also spent 17 years in family practice at the Yakama Indian Health Center in Washington.
