Dr. Eckroth provides pediatric integrative medicine consultations at Heartspring Wellness Center. Her training in integrative and functional medicine accompanies more than 20 years of practice in pediatrics.
As an integrative pediatrician, she assists parents in protecting and preserving their children’s health by making better informed dietary and lifestyle choices, avoidance of environmental toxins and a holistic approach to the treatment of the chronic diseases of childhood.
Current training includes an integrative medicine fellowship at the University of Arizona, candidate to become a certified functional medicine practitioner at the Institute for Functional Medicine.
In her free time, Dr. Eckroth plays the viola in the Willamette Symphony Orchestra, enjoys tandem mountain biking with her husband, and has a passion for architectural design.
