Audrey grew up in the Willamette Valley where she participated in outdoor activities like hiking, biking and camping with her family.

In college, she joined the women’s rowing team where she competed for two years until a rotator cuff injury prevented her from continuing on. Her love of fitness grew when she started weight training for rowing, leading to an education path in kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science.

Over the years, Audrey has discovered many different forms of training, and has come to love exercise on many different levels, but what excites her the most is the mental challenge required to fulfilling a goal.

Audrey loves working with all levels of fitness and understands that everybody is different in what they enjoy and how they train. Her aim is to help people find what they love to stay active and committed to bettering their lives through health and fitness. She is experienced in working with older adults who are wanting to maintain or gain strength and increase quality of life, as well as young adults who want to increase their fitness and challenge themselves.
