In his free time, Dr. Herman enjoys spending time with his family. They enjoy the many outdoor activities the Northwest offers — hiking, camping, running and biking — as well as spending time inside reading and watching movies.

“Our thoughts, emotions and behaviors all have an amazing impact on us physically. Too often, we act as though our thoughts are written in stone. Fortunately we have a great ability to learn how to restructure our thinking to create positive results on our actions, moods and even our health.”
