Dr. Herman believes treating the mind and the body together lead to the best outcomes for patients. He focuses on health psychology and behavioral medicine, and provides individual psychotherapy for a wide range of mental health concerns. He specializes in the mental health concerns associated with chronic medical conditions. Dr. Herman also performs a variety of psychodiagnostic assessments and neuropsychological screenings.

In his free time, Dr. Herman enjoys spending time with his family. They enjoy the many outdoor activities the Northwest offers — hiking, camping, running and biking — as well as spending time inside reading and watching movies.
