Dr. Laciak is a board-certified urologist. He has been with Samaritan Urology since 2011. In addition to serving as Chief Resident, Dr. Laciak was involved in research projects throughout his residency. He enjoys caring for both male and female patients and treating a wide variety of urological conditions including benign and malignant diseases. He has training in laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery. His interest includes the treatment of kidney stones using endoscopic and/or percutaneous techniques, minimally invasive treatment of enlarged prostate (BPH), no scalpel vasectomies and urological malignancy. He also has experience in treating urinary incontinence with use of Tibial Nerve Stimulation and Botox®.
Dr. Laciak is currently Chief of Urology at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Corvallis and assistant professor of surgery at Western University of Health Sciences. He is a member of the American Urological Association, Western Urological Association, Oregon Urological Association and American Association of Clinical Urologists.
Outside of the office, Dr. Laciak enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
