Dr. Laciak is a board-certified urologist and has been with Samaritan Urology since 2011. In addition to serving as Chief Resident, he was involved in research projects throughout his residency. He sees both male and female patients and treats a wide variety of urological conditions including benign and malignant diseases. He has training in laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery. His interest includes the treatment of kidney stones using endoscopic and/or percutaneous techniques, no scalpel vasectomies, urological malignancy and treating urinary incontinence with the use of Tibial Nerve Stimulation and Botox®.

He also has a special interest in treating patients with an enlarged prostate (BPH) using a minimally invasive procedure, UroLift®. Since adopting this approach, Dr. Laciak has performed more UroLift procedures than any urologist in Oregon outside of Portland.

Dr. Laciak is currently Chief of Urology at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis and assistant professor of surgery at Western University of Health Sciences. He is a member of the American Urological Association, Western Urological Association, Oregon Urological Association and American Association of Clinical Urologists.

Outside of the office, Dr. Laciak enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
