Dr. McCarley is a psychiatrist who provides outpatient therapy for adults. He moved to Oregon in 2001 to become the first provider at the Samaritan Mental Health in Albany. He enjoys working with adult psychiatric patients and has a particular interest in evaluations and psychopharmacology.
In his free time, Dr. McCarley enjoys gardening, reading, genealogy, backpacking and spending time with his family.
