Dr. Mohamed is devoted to caring for hospitalized patients at Samaritan Albany General Hospital and other Samaritan hospitals.
Dr. Mohamed works with a patient’s regular clinician and other specialists to provide skilled and compassionate care.
When she was 7, she was struck by a car while crossing the street and spent several months in the hospital. Her nurses made a lasting impression, and she realized that she wanted to work in health care.
She started volunteering at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center when she was in high school, where she was treated as an integral part of the care team.
After becoming a doctor, working for Samaritan was coming home.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking in the forest, going to the beach, reading and spending time with family.
