- Dr. Farzana has been with Samaritan Health Services since 2003 and worked at Mid-Valley Pediatrics in Lebanon prior to joining Samaritan Pediatrics. Before settling in the Willamette Valley, Dr. Farzana lived in Utah and practiced medicine for five years at the Milford Valley Memorial Hospital, including work in the clinic, emergency room and hospital. There she provided care to newborn, children, adult and geriatric patients.
Her passion for giving back to the community has led her to work as a volunteer physician at the Community Outreach Clinic and to perform volunteer services for the Center Against Rape and Domestic Violence in Corvallis. She is also a member of the lactation committee for Samaritan Lactation Services.
In her free time, Dr. Farzana enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her two children.
