- Dr. Neal was born in Portland and moved to Albany in 1975. He has practiced family medicine in the Albany community for nearly 40 years.
Dr. Neal is married with two children and three grandchildren. In addition to his work with Samaritan, he also volunteers at the Salem Free Clinic.
