The clinician’s star review is based on surveys sent to randomly selected patients following care. The patient satisfaction survey includes five questions about a patient’s experience with their clinician with responses averaged for the star score. Patient comments are from the question "How likely would you be to recommend this provider to your family and friends."
Danette had a student with her and as she explained things to me she did a wonderful job of explaining to the student as well.
Ms. Nelson is the most respectful, most thorough, and most competent care provider I have ever had and I am in my 70's--so I have had many experiences with providers
Danette has always been very good to me.
I always feel taken care of with my care provider.
