The following navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move through main tier links and expand / close menus in sub tiers. Up and Down arrows will open main tier menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Mckenzie Method, Neck & Back Rehabilitation
Kara is a McKenzie certified therapist, specializing in the prevention and rehabilitation of neck and back disorders. She focuses on educating her patients on how to treat themselves and prevent future injury. She also works for Samaritan Home Health, treating those who are homebound.
Kara was born and raised in a small town in southern Indiana. She has always been involved in various sports and enjoys staying active. As a triathlete, Kara spends a great deal of her time maintaining a strict exercise routine and volunteering as the assistant coach for the Oregon State University Triathlon Club. Kara also enjoys photography. Her favorite subjects include her daughter, nature and sporting events.
