Dr. Vasoya meets with patients who are considering weight loss surgery.
She became interested in weight management, endocrinology and nutrition as she focused on health psychology in graduate school. She first visited Samaritan Weight Management Institute during a pre-doctoral internship, and was impressed with the clinic and the staff.
Dr. Vasoya enjoys spending time with people and learning their stories. She believes that connection and positive regard have the power to heal. She seeks to provide an experience where her patients feel understood.
In her free time, Dr. Vasoya enjoys hiking, painting, baking, reading, traveling and spending time with her four-legged companion.
