Carli’s interest in health and fitness began in high school when she volunteered to teach a physical education program for a local fourth grade class. Upon teaching this class, she discovered a deep passion for teaching others both the importance of making healthy habits, and ways to overcome various obstacles that prevent one from living a healthy life. This passion led her to Oregon State University where she earned a degree in Exercise and Sport Science, with a focus on Fitness and Nutrition. As a student, Carli worked as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and fitness supervisor for the recreational facility on Oregon State’s campus. She has fallen more in love with her career each day and with each individual whose life she has seen changed by making healthier lifestyle choices.
In her free time, she enjoys exercising, reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.
