Dr. Zdenkova is a primary care psychologist providing behavioral health counseling and support for primary care patients of all ages. She specializes in short-term treatment, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing. She believes strongly in providing holistic, strength based care. Clinical interests include trauma-informed care, grief, anxiety, chronic health conditions and hoarding disorder.
In her spare time, Dr. Zdenkova enjoys spending time with her family, dog and cat, being outdoors, reading, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
